With the Celtics season coming to an end last night, many are now speculating where will Kyrie Irving end up? Its been long rumored that Irving is a lock to join the New York Knicks in free agency. But there are some other suitors who would love his services as well.
The Brooklyn Nets, who are looking up as a franchise after their playoff loss to the 76ers, have cap space for two max contract slots. Irving could be enticed by the idea on playing in Brooklyn alongside DeAngelo Russell and the rest of the young core that has turned a lot of heads this season.
OR, maybe just maybe, the Lakers can fulfill Lamar Odom’s and sign Irving to a deal. Putting him alongside LeBron James once again and bringing excitement, not drama, back to the Lakers franchise.
