Kyrie Irving is officially going to be a free agent.
Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that Irving will not opt-in for the 2019-2020 season.
The Celtics Irving forgoes $21.3 million for next season by not opting in.
He now will hit the open market and is able to sign anywhere unrestricted.
