The Cleveland Cavaliers have hired Lindsay Gottlieb as an assistant coach to John Beilein’s coaching staff.
This according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Gottlieb was the head women’s basketball coach for Cal-Berkeley.
Gottlieb joins the Cavaliers staff after spending 8 seasons at Cal compiling a 179-89 record and leading the Golden Bears to the 2013 Final Four.
Gottlieb, 41, signs a 4-year contract to join the Cavs staff.
