Earlier this week, actor Cuba Gooding Jr maintained his innocence regarding allegations of groping a woman at Magic Hour Rooftop Lounge in NYC on June 9. He and his lawyer said that surveillance footage will prove his case and that he did no wrong as he simply supposedly just took photos with fans. He said he was still going to turn himself in even though he’s innocent.
The surveillance is now out and it appears to show Gooding is feeling on the woman, per TMZ. He was seen touching the thigh and breast area. Gooding was sitting on a couch with his girlfriend, Claudine De Niro, and the woman accusing him of groping her then sat next to them. Gooding then reached with his arm and put it on the woman’s left thigh.
Gooding’s hand then moved up to the accuser’s breast. Half an hour later, he went downstairs with his GF making out on a couch. From that point, the accuser looks like she’s saying “Yes, he did” to security as far as what Gooding did to her. He ended up walking past her and left the bar. He has been booked for booked for misdemeanor forcible touching and sexual abuse in the third degree. Flip the pages for videos of everything going down.
