Former NFL Tight End Kellen Winslow Jr was recently found guilty of forcible rape, lewd conduct and indecent exposure after raping a homeless woman. A jury reached a verdict on four of the 12 counts he’s facing. He was found guilty of three of the four. One included forcible rape of the 58-year-old.
Winslow was also supposedly going after other women as well. He found guilty of indecent exposure to Jane Doe #3 and guilty of lewd conduct regarding Jane Doe #5. He was found not guilty on a second lewd conduct charge involving Jane Doe #5. Another woman said she raped her while unconscious 15 years ago. Winslow has also been found to expose himself to two other women over the past year.
According to TMZ Sports now, a judge has declared a mistrial on the eight remaining charges. The jury just couldn’t reach a verdict. As of now, it’s unclear if prosecutors will retry the case. What Winslow has been doing to these women is serious so hopefully a new trial opens up soon.
Winslow played in the NFL from 2004-2013. He was known notably for his time with the Browns from 2004-2008 where he made the Pro Bowl once. Flip the page to see Winslow Jr in court.
