Cuba Gooding Jr. is facing some serious trouble.
Gooding turned himself in to authorities today after being slapped with a groping charge in New York City.
It all started on a Monday morning, when a woman called 911 to report that Gooden had groped her at an NYC bar the previous Sunday Night.
Gooden denied those allegations, even his attorney saying he saw nothing criminal of Gooding’s doing in surveillance video.
But police obviously saw something different and charged him with one count of forcible touching. Gooding surrendered to police today, but currently doesn’t have a court date.
If this is true, it’s another lesson to remind you to not touch women without consent. The concept is pretty simple, yes means yes and no means no. If you can’t follow that, then stay away.
