Gay YouTube star Masin Elije has said since the end of 2018 that he and Dwight Howard had sexual relations. Howard said in an interview on FS1 that he’s straight though. Elije has had a lawsuit against Howard since then for assault, infliction of emotional distress, and for Howard and his associates allegedly threatening him because he wouldn’t sign paperwork which would stop him from telling people about their relationship.
Howard soon countersued for slander, invasion of privacy and abusive litigation. He also wanted Elije’s lawsuit to be thrown out and to receive $10 million in damages. According to Bossip, a judge has now shut down this request.
At this point, the case is still ongoing with no trial date in sight. Attorneys for both sides have not commented about the situation.
