Grammy Award Winner Usher Raymond has been in an intense back and forth court battle in recent months over his alleged involvement with passing over the sexual transmitted disease Herpes.
Documents obtained by The Blast, state The LA Judge has in fact “denied” Ushers request which would have demanded the lady to pay him approximately 2,500 dollars for questions during a deposition.
Usher wanted the accuser to pay up, due to the fact she did not answer questions during a deposition in late June.
A slight win in Usher’s favor was for the singer demanding several questions to be answered, that the lady known as Jane Doe for privacy circumstance did not answer.
Moreover Jane Doe will not have to pay the funds Usher was asking for but will at a later date have to answer questions in regards to Herpes.
Usher according to The Blast, wanted Jane Doe to admit if he or didn’t he give her STD’s which allegedly her attorneys advised her not to answer.
If you remember last year several plaintiffs, including two females and one male, all sued the singer alleging, Usher did not disclose his health diagnosis, risking their health and attracting STD’s; preferably Herpes. The male reportedly, wanted Usher to turn over health records, and to initiate this process, he filed a motion in court ordering usher to turn over his health records.
The irony of this is that Usher wanted Jane Doe to answer questions about her attracting STD’s from him, and her attorney advised her to stay silent during deposition, in which Usher is basically using the same tactic from turning over his health records because of invasion of privacy.
What is worth noting, Usher just settled one of his Herpes cases with an accuser to put the whole ordeal behind him. The other accusers may indeed bring this up in court citing his unwillingness to show his health diagnosis may paint a bigger picture that he isn’t willing to share, to prove he didn’t originally pass on Herpes or any other type of STD’s.
