Thursday morning YG home in Hollywood Hills gets raided by the police. YG wasn’t home at the time of the raid.
The LASD is searching for evidence to find a link between YG and the shooting that occurred on July 3, that left one deputy wounded and an innocent bystander dead. The SUV that was involved in the shooting was register to YG and the police believe a high-power assault rifle was used in the shooting.
Police smash glass windows and they stormed inside the home. The blast is reporting the police are searching YG security footage to determine if his alibi add up. The investigators are also questioning YG through his attorney about the looping after 72 hours, which could have erased the evidence.
Several people were detained and a 29-year-old male identified as Tyquan Williams was arrested for a weapons charge and he is currently being held in lieu of a $25,000 bail according to the sheriff department.
YG denies being at the shooting he claims he was in Hollywood recording.
