This is a case of, I should have had a burner account. Thomas Harding, writer for MLB.com and covers the Colorado Rockies, left a comment on a NSFW twitter page, using his verified sports account. He didn’t try to hide from the fact he left it. He owned up to it and said he was replying to a friend. (Assuming his friend runs the account). Harding left the comment, “Caramel Treat” under the pic on the next page.
He was given a “3-day vacation” (wink, wink) Another sportswriter named, Jake Rill will be covering the team for all of you Rockies fans.
Maybe on Thomas’s “vacation” he can create a burner account.
