R&B legend Monica filed for divorce against her husband and former NBA role player Shannon Brown back in March after nine years. The breakup was heavily documented on the VH1 series “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle” as well. The two have one child together.
Despite the breakup which was painful for Monica to go through, there’s no animosity towards Brown. In fact, she told TMZ Sports that she’ll still support him in everything he does, even his BIG3 games as he plays for the Aliens. She encourages her kids to go to his games as they recently did and she added that she plans to go to one too when she’s free. According to her, everything still ended in love.
