Nothing says college football is back quite like ESPN’s College Gameday.
Desmond Howard, longtime ‘Gameday’ college football analyst, is a lifelong Michigan Wolverine.
Howard is one of the Wolverines greatest players and a former Heisman Trophy winner.
Michigan’s greatest rival, of course, is the Ohio St. Buckeyes.
The Wolverines have a great shot of winning the Big 10 this season with the departure of Urban Meyer and QB Shea Patterson returning for Jim Harbaugh’s Wolverines team.
Desmond Howard offered his thoughts this morning on ‘Gameday’ when asked by host Rece Davis about Michigan’s chances of beating Ohio St. this season.
Watch Howard’s “barbershop response” when asked if the Wolverines can make it happen this season and defeat the Buckeyes.
Let’s just say it left his fellow co-hosts and social media speechless.
Howard later apologized on the show for the comment.
