A police report stated that one woman was upset that East didn’t give her enough attention and so she threw two champagne bottles at him. East ended up getting hit in the head along with his arms and legs.
The woman’s account of the incident was far from East’s description though. She said her and East got into an argument during the three-way and he ended up punching her 5-6 times. She then ran to the bathroom to call police.
One witness was a woman who claimed that East started to initiate being physical while the woman started throwing bottles. Nobody ended up being arrested but East and the woman were cited for battery. East’s attorney, Stacey Richman, added that East was hit with a soap dispenser and he didn’t hit anyone.
East and the woman were treated at different hospitals after the incident. He received a CAT scan and is still awaiting his results. Gotta be careful who you mess within Sin City.
