16 years after retiring from the NBA, business is still boomin’ for Michael Jordan. He continues to make millions of dollars off of his Jordan Brand sneakers along with the Ms coming in from his majority ownership stake in the Charlotte Hornets.
Jordan is now on to another major business venture as he will be launching his own tequila called Cincoro. Ownership will also include Lakers owner Jeannie Buss, Bucks owner Wes Edens, Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck, along with Grousbeck’s wife Emilia Fazzalari, according to TMZ Sports.
Cincoro will have four different tequilas which are the blanco, reposada, anejo and extra anejo. The anejo costs $130 per bottle and the extra anejo prices at a good $1,600. MJ and the rest of these NBA owners came up with the idea for Cincoro back in 2016 when they all met in NYC for NBA meetings.
MJ played a huge role in designing the bottle and tasting the tequila too. Cincoro is available in some markets now but is set to become available all over America in 2020. Flip the pages for a closer look at each Cincoro tequila bottle along with MJ holding on.
