The release of Antonio Brown by the Raiders has continued to send shock waves through the NFL.
Brown’s signing with the New England Patriots was an even bigger shock (depending on how you ask).
Apparently Brown wanted to get out of Oakland so bad that he consulted social media experts about how he could facilitate his release even faster.
This according to Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Brown released his fines letter on Instagram earlier this week which led to the confrontation with GM Mike Mayock Brown eventually had.
This was all part of a calculated plan to get himself out of Oakland.
Brown clearly got what he wanted and now he’s a member of the Patriots.
