If you are a Los Angeles Lakers fan or a NBA fan in general, then you know how important this upcoming season is. With the addition of Anthony Davis and a solid bench, there is reason for optimism. Plus having the best player in the world doesn’t hurt either.
Speaking of the best player in the world, LeBron James, recently told Laker higher-ups that he wants Anthony Davis to be the “focal-point” of the Lakers’ offense.
Davis said, “I’ve kind of been a focal-point player my whole career, especially in New Orleans. But first off, to have a guy like LeBron, someone of his caliber, go tell management and ownership and the coaches that he wants me to be the focal point is an honor.”
Anthony Davis also has lofty goals for this year. Davis aims to make All-Defensive team and also win the NBA Defensive Player of the Year.
