After a 64-day holdout, Los Angeles Chargers star Melvin Gordon plans to return to the facility Thursday.
The Chargers are off to a rough 1-2 start, but the ultimate cure is on the way and it’s not Gordon, it’s the Miami Dolphins. This will be a great opportunity for them to get back on the right track.
However, Gordon will not play this Sunday.
“I don’t think you just walk in camp and just play right away without going through any practice,” Lynn told reporters Wednesday. “You can run and do all the drills you want, but it’s hard to simulate real football.”
Nonetheless, expect for Gordon to be ready to go next Sunday against the Broncos.
