Public pressure had been put on both Sony and Disney to strike a deal after the massive commercial success of Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Moreover Spider-Man’s place within the MCU has taken additional importance with Tony Stark/Iron Man now gone.
The news has made Spidey fans very happy.
The newest movie will be released July 16th, 2021.
