Landon Collins and the Washington Redskins couldn’t rally behind rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins in his first live-action since entering the league, but if you changed the channel too early you missed quite a spectacle.
The disagreement started when Landon Collins yelled some things towards his former team, the New York Giants bench, apparently Jabril Peppers was having none of it and took it upon himself to respond to the verbal attack.
“We’re gonna see y’all again.”
After the two exchanged words several Giants players and staff members recognizing the sensitivity of the situation with their former teammate attempted to lead Landon Collins off the field as he tried to casually evade them. There were no punches thrown or any real threat of a fight actually breaking out, however with the two teams set to meet again later in the season this probably wont be the last mix-up between Landon Collins and Jabril Peppers.
