Well if the NBA thought Lavar Ball would stop being Lavar Ball after his son, second round overall pick Lonzo Ball was shipped to Bourbon Street to bring in Anthony Davis they were wrong.
According to Lavar Ball his middle son LiAngelo Ball will end up playing alongside his brother, former Laker Lonzo Ball as well as new number one overall pick Zion Williamson in New Orleans.
That may be a bit of wishful thinking from the father of the Ball brothers, as LiAngelo Ball isn’t as highly regarded as his brothers. LiAngelo Ball spent a brief stint at UCLA where he eventually left without ever playing a single game due to a scandal involving theft in China.
While Lavar Ball’s predictions have been spot on in the past in regards to his oldest son being selected by the Lakers second overall in the 2017 NBA Draft, I wouldn’t bet on seeing LiAngelo Ball anywhere near an NBA roster in the near future.
