Italian Journalist Caterina Collovati is not a fan of what her colleague Diletta Leotta wears while covering soccer games at stadiums.
Collovati is the wife of former soccer player Fulvio Collovati criticized Leotta, a popular tv show host, for her fashion choices. Collovati believes Leotta intentionally wears figure-hugging clothing to seek the attention of fans.
Collovati took to Facebook and wrote a post about Leotta along with using a Leotta with her male co-host.
I say that if a journalist goes to the stadium being dressed up like that, she prefers to be looked at rather than listened to. If you are interested in football, listen to my words, if not just you look at me.”
Leotta works for the sports streaming service DAZN, and two weeks she made headlines for being the target of “get your tits” out chants of fans in the stands.
Leotta laughed off the chants insisting that they were “just a joke” with no harmful or insulting implications.
