“To date, Taylor has involved her friends, family, business associates, legal representatives, a local politician and even her church members in a civil conspiracy to extort, defraud, defame and harass Brown … in such a manner as to cause Brown and his family significant personal and financial harm.”
The communications also show Taylor ended up traveling from Memphis to South Florida, where Brown lives, only 12 days after the alleged 2018 sexual assault. The counter lawsuit also states that Britney Taylor continued to communicate with Brown after the alleged rape and he has a “copious” amount of text messages with Taylor only hours after the incident that happened on May 28th, 2018.
The document ends by saying:
Not only does Mr. Brown seek to clear his name, but he also desires to make a statement that there is not an open season to extort professional athletes.”
Not sure if this new counter lawsuit by Antonio Brown is good or bad for his attempted comeback to the NFL. What I do know is that this situation has a lot more information that will come out soon. Stay tuned.
