If you’re a Dallas Cowboys fan, you might not want to hear this.
Cowboys owner and GM Jerry Jones appeared on his weekly radio show on 105.3 The Fan and was poignantly asked if he would fire Jason Garrett mid-season.
Jones, short, but stern answer,
“The answer is no, period.”
The Cowboys have talent on both sides of the football from Dak Prescott and Ezekiel to Jaylon Smith and DeMarcus Lawrence.
Yet the Cowboys are just 6-5 and barely holding on to first place in the NFC East as they get ready to play the Bills on Thursday.
Jones saying further,
“But, at the end of the day, the buck stops with me and I am highly critical and I’m continually evaluating the performance of everybody involved with the game.”
For now Jason Garrett still has his job, for now.
