Its been a rough year for Odell Beckham, Jr.
As the Cleveland Browns have struggled this season, it has become apparent that the preseason hype for the Browns was just that…hype.
Beckham, who was acquired by the Browns this past off season, has been mired in the worst season of his career.
Through the first 12 games of the season, Beckham only has 2 touchdowns and has gone the last 6 games without topping 100 receiving yards.
Amid rumors about Beckham’s future, the former LSU star addressed reporters Thursday about his uncertain future saying,
“No one knows what the future holds, like tomorrow. I couldn’t tell you what’s going to happen. I couldn’t sit here and tell you whether I’m going to be here, want to be here, don’t want to be here. This is exactly where I’m at now, and I wouldn’t rather be anywhere else.”
Those words didn’t exactly inspire confidence about how much Beckham actually wanted to remain in a Cleveland Browns uniform.
Well Beckham took to Twitter on Friday to offer a response to the growing murmurs and interpretations of his words and what they actually meant.
