Jameis is a gift and a curse. He is a turnover machine and is prone to do stupid things that can embarrass your organization.
He is also extremely talented and tough.
The Bucs have a tough decision, if Jameis could just cut the turnovers in half, he could be a top 10 QB, but he hasn’t shown anything that suggests that will happen.
If he hits the free agency, he will have a market. Will he get $30 million? Probably not, but he will get a solid deal.
