Vegas Dave, real name David Oancea may need a good lawyer soon if the reports are true that a Las Vegas law firm is preparing a class-action lawsuit against Vegas Dave.
The 702 Lawfirm’s webpage displays an open form and brief description for anyone who has paid for Vegas Dave’s services and has lost money to fill out.
The paragraph indicates that multiple people have been affected by the deliberate efforts of Vegas Dave to use false imagery to lure customers into paying for his betting expertise.
After news of the possible lawsuit circulated people began to pull out receipts and weigh in on there being some credibility to the claims of Vegas Dave being a complete sham.
Just last year, Vegas Dave narrowly avoided a lengthy prison sentence after it was discovered that he used other people’s social security numbers in order to player accounts at casinos. In all Vegas Dave received a few years on probation, a ban from sportsbooks in vegas for 3 years, he also was ordered to pay back around $55k of $1.2 million in transactions.
Vegas Dave’s latest legal battle could put a strain on his relationship with Holly Sonders, she announced her engagement to the self-proclaimed betting expert back in December after Holly split from Arizona Cardinals Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury.
For now, the law firm pursuing Vegas Dave has begun the process of gauging the number of victims of David Oancea, so we can expect more information to be revealed if the response from social media is any indication of how widespread Dave’s trickery may be.
