The blockbuster fight between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder had everything you could hope for in a title fight, drama, knockouts, and a guaranteed rematch clause that Wilder has already activated.
Many celebrities and public figures made their way out to Las Vegas to catch the fight in person, among those in attendance were four members of the Saudi Royal family who sat ringside to take in one of the biggest boxing events in quite some time.
Having four members of its royal family in the building to watch Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder fight for the Heavyweight Title, seems to be the motivation behind Saudia Arabia allegedly planning to make a pretty substantial offer to host Fury’s next fight.
Currently, it’s up in the air as to who Tyson Fury will go up against, Deontay Wilder has exercised the rematch clause in his contract that guarantees him a rematch, and there have been rumblings of Fury facing Anthony Joshua.
For Saudia Arabia it doesn’t matter who Tyson Fury steps in the ring with next, they want the fight and could have a an offer that exceeds $400 million.
Looks like Saudia Arabia is all in on the Tyson Fury hype, it’ll be interesting to see not only who his next opponent will be, but if he can live up to the expectations that come with such a large investment for a single fight.
