Lamar Odom has made many bad decisions in life, some of those decisions almost directly contributed his death, this latest Odom story though not life-threatening definitely highlights just how costly some of his financial decisions have been.
While speaking as a guest on “In Depth with Graham Bensinger” Lamar Odom told a hilarious story about how an NFL player and Odom’s own ego likely caused him to make one of the single worst financial choices of his life.
Celebrating with now-deceased Rasual Butler on his birthday Lamar Odom revealed that an unnamed football player in the VIP section near his told him to step his game up, apparently the football player didn’t think Lamar was buying enough Champagne.
This prompted Lamar Odom to order 100 bottles of Moet Rose for no other reason than “foolish pride” according to Odom. The flex made him around $120k lighter in the pockets, a decision today that Odom clearly regrets.
