Colin Cowherd’s back in the news today, but for an embarrassing reason.
Cowherd was going through his show “The Herd”, when he got to the topic of potential replacements for Tom Brady in New England.
He mentioned Andy Dalton, though he didn’t sound too in love with that option. He also said The Patriots won’t be making a run at Teddy Bridgewater.
Say TreJean, what’s the problem with Bridgewater? He’s a respectable option at quarterback and any quarterback needy team would be lucky to have his services. Yes, I agree completely, but there’s just one problem with Bridgewater being an option for New England.
He freaking signed with the Carolina Panthers TWO days ago, Cowherd.
I mean come on this is hilarious. Big time sports personality forgets where a major domino on the QB market falls, to make matters worse, he mentions him as a distant possibility for another team.
Now maybe I’m being a little too hard on Cowherd, but geez, that mistake shouldn’t even happen.
NFL transactions are only normal sports news out there, get a grip.
