How Nicki Minaj Will Have to Register Her Home as a Sex Offender House After Bonding Her Convicted Murderer Husband Kenneth Petty Out of Jail; Here Are The Stipulations of His Release (Video)

Life for the husband of rapper Nicki Minaj is about to get dramatically change for the worst following his arrest for failing to register as a sex offender in the state of California where he’d taken up residence with Minaj.

Last November, Kenneth Petty’s violation of the terms of his release was discovered after being stopped in Beverly Hills for a moving violation, as a result, Petty was forced to submit himself to the U.S. Marshalls.

Ramifications for his failure to comply with laws requiring him to register immediately wherever he resides have taken an immediate effect on Kenneth Petty’s daily life. His wife, Nicki Minaj forked over the $100.000 in bond money to free her husband, although free, a judge has ordered Kenneth Petty to wear an ankle monitor, submit his passport, adhere to a strict curfew and remain in Southern California.

Also included in the judge’s orders, Kenneth Petty will have to be supervised throughout the legal process which almost always means reporting to a probation officer of sorts on a monthly or weekly basis. Kenneth Petty also can no longer partake in legally using marijuana or any drugs, doing so could result in bond forfeiture and a trip back to jail.

Kenneth Petty will appear back in court on March 23, if convicted he could face up to 10 years for failing to meet the requirements of a registered sex offender.
