In the wake of the Coronavirus epidemic, the NBA announced that their policies following the virus will remain in effect through March 16th, and all 30 teams must adhere to the procedures.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, there will be no group workouts or practices. Players must remain in the market of their team, stay in their home as long as possible and speak to team physicians and/or trainers at least once each day.
The new policies come after the season was suspended on Wednesday following Utah Jazz Center Rudy Gobert testing positive for COVID-19.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced on TNT that the NBA season will be on hiatus for at least 30 days.
It appears as though fans will have to go at least a month before seeing NBA basketball again this season.
