Watch Mark Cuban Speak on Helping His Hourly Wage Workers “Financially” Amid the Coronavirus Epidemic; What he has Planned Next to Compensate His Employees (Video)

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, who has a past of helping those that come from different social economic backgrounds earn necessary income, has once again stepped in when needed for the blue collar workers during a crisis.

Last night the NBA decided to suspend its season amid the outbreak of the coronavirus, which is suddenly spreading like a wildfire across not just the United States, but globally. This outbreak has affected players in all different sports including the NBA, FIFA, Actors, Cyclists, you name it.

Cuban who spoke with reporters last night stated,

“it’s about the team, it’s about the country and life in general… what about all the people who work here on a hourly basis? We’ll put together a program for them”

Mark is speaking specifically on his workers who are employed at his basketball arena, mostly during live events, that potentially wont have work because of the cancelling of events and games. So where will there income come from? How will they provide for their families and pay their bills? Put food on the table?

Mark is totally right here; its bigger than basketball. These are people’s livelihoods.

Cuban is at the forefront of implementing this program to take care of his own. Not just his players but all the way down the pipeline to the janitors.
