Kerryon Johnson isn’t looking to give up his starting spot anytime soon.
The current Detroit Lions running back, is coming off an injury-filled 2nd year, in which he only played 8 games during the Lions’ abysmal 3-12-1 record. Johnson was seen as a talented prospect out of Auburn, and was looked at to be a potential candidate to bring some sort of respect back to Detroit’s running game.
While Johnson has had flashes, it doesn’t matter if you can’t keep yourself healthy.
To erase any sort of questions, and have some insurance, the Lions drafted ex-Georgia running back D’Andre Swift. It’s unclear if Swift will wrestle the starting job away from Johnson, but one thing is clear, one Twitter user thinks that Johnson should be working out more and taking less pics on the beach with his IG model girlfriend Ashley Marie Kelsey.
