Newly acquired Buffalo Bills defensive back Josh Norman is ready to return back to All-Pro status, a status that he hasn’t seen since his 2015 campaign with the Carolina Panthers.

Norman, once regarded as the top player at his position several years ago, literally having some of the most respected QB’s avoid throwing his direction, has since then been a shell of himself.

That isn’t stopping Normans confidence nevertheless, Josh telling TMZ sports

Notably, Sean McDermott was Norman’s previous defensive coordinator in Carolina and has been quoted that he knows how to motivate Josh. He knows Josh has been working hard wanting to prove the naysayers wrong. The system and scheme in Buffalo, as well as being surrounded by a better surrounding cast will indeed help Norman, but the question will be is it too late?

Norman has faced lingering injuries the last couple seasons, including being benched with the Redskins because of literally poor field play. His defensive awareness, speed, and eyes steadily being caught in the backfield were all factors of his abysmal play. Quarterbacks were completing above 70 percent of their passes thrown in Norman’s direction, which in 2015 seemed impossible, based on Josh’s production.
