Another racist has identified himself as Arizona’s own councilman Guy Phillips.
Yesterday during a anti-mask rally, councilman Guy Phillips attempted to be funny and make a mockery of unarmed blacks being killed in the streets from the hands and knees of law enforcement.
After being introduced to the audience, Guy Phillips sarcastically tries to mock George Floyd, Eric Garner and plenty of other Blacks that had their life ended by racists police offices, by looking at the audience, and sarcastically shout out,
“I Can’t Breathe, I Can’t Breathe”
Then takes off his mask and yells,
“Insanity”
With the crowd clapping, high-fiving, praising the insensitive comments made by the racist councilman.
Shortly after the remarks, Phillips released a statement apologizing to the family of George Floyd for his remarks during the rally, saying,
“I did not mean any disrespect, there was no connection”
There is never a time to be insensitive to the brutal killings of unarmed blacks, making a mockery of our lives by yelling “I Can’t Breathe”, the last few words some of these victims yelled before their lives were taken away from them.
Of course there are those that defend these comments stating, it was a reference to Benjamin Franklin. Yes the same Benjamin Franklin that owned slaves, and mind concept didn’t change until he got older. The fact of the matter is the comments should have never been made, and were insensitive.
