Michael Alan Truelock of Honey Grove, Texas during an encounter back in 2019 decided to try and ambush a driver, Charles Landers, who mistakenly drove down the wrong driveway looking for somewhere to fish.
Charles, who didn’t know looking for somewhere to fish would ultimately have him ending up being threatened and shot at, from a psychopath with a gun.
In the new released video, that has been shared by the NY Post shows the exchange between the two individuals.
Mr. Landers who is visibly seen on video repeatedly telling the gun toting idiot
” I didn’t know this was your house”
With the racist man responding back furiously,
“Yea, you f*cking did too”
After being threatened over and over, Charles tells the homeowner,
“I’ma go now”
Michael who was not letting the driver leave his premises, continuously pointing the firearm at Charles tells the driver,
“You ain’t driving nowhere, I promise you, I’ll put it in your f*cking head, you’re in my driveway”
“You fixin to go to jail, Put it in park”
While this exchange took place, the driver who feared for his life from the man, not only verbally assaulting him, but pointing the gun directly at the man’s head drove off.
Being rightfully scared, the driver reportedly crashed into a nearby ditch.
According to the NY Post, Michael Truelock was indeed indicted by a grand jury by the Fannin County District Attorney Richard Glasier.
Truelock faces 20 years in prison, and a $10,000 dollar fine if he is convicted. Consequently, Truelock was only charged with aggravated assault.
So what we have is a not only a menace to society, but a Texas man who not only seems too unstable to be carrying a firearm, but seems very comfortable threatening the life of a driver who drove down his driveway by accident. How is the man not charged with premeditated murder, and attempted murder? The moment he shot his firearm at the rear end of the vehicle that was attempted murder.
