This is one of those situations where we have to be honest about certain things in our society even if it is terrible things are this way.
We know factually that applications with names that people don’t consider “White Names” a lot of times get overlooked or thrown in the trash even if the person is the most qualified person for the job.
This is AMERICA.
So, what the Cliggaveli was saying wasn’t inaccurate, it is just sad that is accurate.
