Just when Le’Veon Bell was noted to make an impact for the New York Jets, the running back was released Tuesday night.
Let’s evaluate the three ideal teams Bell could sign with if given the opportunity.
Kansas City Chiefs
The reigning Super Bowl champs led by Patrick Mahomes are 4-1 in the AFC West. One issue in particular would be advancing the running game on offense. Bell although he averaged 3.2 yards per carry during the start of last season.. In Week 1, Edwards-Helaire rushed for 138 yards but struggled to gain yardage in the next few games. Bell would fit the spot and his presence on offense would prove he’s worth the player a dynasty-like team on the rise needs. Andy Reid should entertain the idea but don’t count out the rookie whose potential needs to be tapped.
