Could Michael Thomas and the New Orleans Saints be headed towards divorce?
Thomas hasn’t played a game since week 1 due to a combination of hamstring and ankle injuries. He’s also recently ran into some issues with the team due to an altercation he had with a teammate at practice leading up to the Saints’ week 5 game against the Los Angeles Chargers
Thomas’s “ego” has been brought into question, which has also caused some around the league to wonder if he’ll be moved by the trade deadline. It’s highly unlikely Thomas will be moved because moving his salary will result in a massive cap hit for the Saints. Plus any return for a player of Thomas’s caliber will approach blockbuster status.
But that hasn’t stopped the rumors from flying.
