Lil Wayne shocked a lot of people last week when he announced he was backing Donald Trump in this year’s presidential election.
A lot of people now strongly dislike him for the decision but it shouldn’t really be a shocker since he’s stated before that he didn’t like or get Black Lives Matter and has also stated that his life is proof that Black lives matter because he’s rich.
He was likely paid for his enforcement but he’s also speaking as a rich man and not a Black man. It’s sad to say but Wayne doesn’t need the Black community or anyone who supports to Black community to be successful anymore because a good bulk of his fanbase is made up of white kids.
Because of the endorsement, Wayne has lost a lot of fans but that’s not it. According to MTO, he’s also lost his girlfriend Denise. She reportedly broke up with him because she, like a lot of other people, can’t date someone who is a Trump supporter. She was apparently shocked by his support of Trump and also says she’s disappointed.
“She broke up with Wayne. It wasn’t just his Trump support, but that was a big part.”
Yesterday, Denise all but confirmed their split on IG Live – but subliminally throwing shots at Weezy. Also the two are no longer following each other:
“[Denise] was shocked when she saw Wayne come out with Trump. She’s so disappointed in him.”
I’m sure there will be other women throwing themselves at him now.
