Last week after the Jazz beat the Pelicans, Shaq had a very awkward TV moment with Donovan Mitchell. He stated, on live TV to Donovan, that he didn’t think Donovan was good enough to be the best player on a championship team to which Donovan just replied with alright.
Shaq caught a lot of backlash from it because it came off as hating instead of constructive criticism.
There was an artist who photoshopped Donovan dunking on Shaq and that apparently didn’t sit too well with Shaq. He DM’d the artist and told him to shut his dumb ass up.
I do get what Shaq was saying but his delivery was horrible. He also should be able to take some criticism if he’s going to give it out.
