During the NBA pre-draft process many critics and analysts questioned Minnesota Timberwolves’ rookie Anthony Edwards dedication to the game of basketball.
What can’t be questioned is the number one overall pick’s ability to score the basketball. Edwards now has the highest scoring game of any rookie this season with a 26 point outing against the Portland Trailblazers on Thursday night.
Edwards played a team high 31 minutes, went 9-21 from the field, grabbed four boards, and finished a vicious baseline dunk over Trailblazer guard Anfernee Simons.
