Charles Barkley didn’t give his infamous “GUARANTEEEEEE” when COVID-19 vaccines were a topic of discussion.
Barkley went back and forth with Kenny Smith after Barkley made comments about athletes need a vaccine for COVID-19.
“We need 300 million shots, give a thousand to some NBA players … NFL players, hockey players,” Barkley said, via NBA on TNT. “As much taxes as these players pay, they deserve some preferential treatment.”
Smith wasn’t pleased with Barkley’s answer although they tolerate his opinion.
The NBA and NFL decided to not make it a priority for athletes to receive vaccinations as opposed to employees who really need it.
This is a very republican take from Barkley and a slap in the face to pretty much every person in the country who is fighting this virus.
