Indiana Pacers defensive anchor Myles Turner will be absent from the court against the San Antonio Spurs after an MRI revealed tough news.
“Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner is out indefinitely with a partial tear of his plantar plate in the great toe of his right foot, the team announced on Monday,” per NBA.com.
Turner provides the necessary shot blocking needed to prevent guards from attacking at will.
If the Pacers are looking to escape with a win, it’ll start with feeding off guard T.J. McConnell’s energy who ranks top three in steals per game.
