After their relationship problems have been well-publicized it was believed that the two were working out their problems as Mena revealed she was pregnant with their second child. However, a report from TMZ surfaced noting Erica Mena officially filed for divorce from Safaree this past Friday.
The “Love & Hip Hop” star just filed for divorce last Friday in Fayette County Superior Court in Georgia where they live at.
Erica According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, she is asking for primary physical custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Safire, but she’s willing to share joint legal custody with Safaree. She also added she wants child support and access to the current home in which they share.
There were signs that this wouldn’t last long and it looks like she isn’t hiding the fact she isn’t with him anymore in her IG post that announced she was pregnant with his and her second child together, without her wedding ring.
