I get why people may be mad at Tim Tebow for getting a shot but if you know the history between him and coach Urban Meyer, Tebow has played a big part in where Urban is at now so doing a favor would be a no-brainer right?
Well, the Jaguars announced today that they have signed Tebow to a one-year deal to try him out at tight end. Tebow got started right away practicing with the team wearing No. 85 and that jersey…is already for sale.
This would to expected as its not a secret that despite the relationship between Tebow and Meyer, one of the main reasons for the signing is if he finds some way to make the team, he can and most certainly will bring in a lot of revenue and place a large spotlight on a team that is used to being ignored. With Tebow and newly drafted QB Trevor Lawerence, the eyes and the attention of the media will be focused on the Jags season whether it’s for good or bad.
