The Indiana Pacers didn’t see this season filled with various injuries limiting their success to be a lock for a top five seed in the Eastern Conference.
“Malcolm Brogdon exited the Pacers’ game against the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday evening. The star point guard has been one of the most consistent players on the entire roster during the season. The guard out of Virginia has averaged over 21 points on the year, over five assists and over five rebounds per game,” per Sports Illustrated.
Tonight the Pacers will take on the Oklahoma City Thunder at 8: p.m. ET and there’s no update on Brogdon’s status if he’ll return to action.
Last month the Pacers defeated the Thunder 122-116 with Brogdon scoring 29 points and 15 rebounds.
The Pacers are 29-33 as the No. 9 seed behind the Charlotte Hornets who are No. 8.
Last season the Pacers were hit with injuries which kept them from being a threat to Eastern Conference title contenders.
