Safaree and Erica Mena have been going through a divorce battle, and this is after revealing last month that they were expecting baby number two together. Safaree originally proposed to Erica back on Christmas Eve of 2018. Yesterday, Safaree revealed that this child has finally been born, which is a boy.
Safaree posted a photo on Instagram of himself in the delivery room, holding the child. His caption read “MR Straittt jr is here!!” More “Love and Hip-Hop” stars ended up giving Safaree their congrats, such as Princess Love, Yandy Smith, and Peter Gunz.
Prior to the birth, Safaree was nervous that Erica wouldn’t let him in the delivery room to witness the birth of their second child. In the divorce process, he wants joint custody of their children, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. He also added that he wants more “consistent and uninterrupted parenting and visitation with his kids.”
