Broncos LB, Anthony Chickillo, is dealing with a very interesting legal situation. According to the Tampa Bay Times, he is facing a lawsuit from a neighbor, who is a Tampa-based cybersecurity company, Michael Baker, and his wife, Charlotte. This is due to how Chickillo “repeatedly and intentionally restricts access” to their home.
“The couple says Chickillo and his guests park vehicles on the common entrance and on the Bakers’ property. He also has placed trees and other landscaping elements unreasonably in designated shared spaces.”
Chickillo’s girlfriend, Cheyenne Autumn Snow, also got into it with Charlotte Baker. This was when she beat Baker in the head with a “no trespassing” sign. After that, she told her to “get off my fucking property.”
Ms. Snow is accused of “violently and repeatedly battering” 55-year-old Charlotte Baker’s head and face with a “no trespassing” sign, screaming,” Get off my f***ing property,” and calling her a “b*tch.”
The Bakers now want damages for trespassing and also, a court order which prohibits Chickillo from blocking them from using the driveway. Chickillo last played for the Broncos in 2020. Prior to that stint, he was with the Steelers from 2015-2019.
