The Deshaun Watson sexual misconduct legal situation regarding over 20 women has been ongoing since early March. No charges have been brought on Watson yet, as many still wonder what his availability will be for the Texans this year, despite him still wanting to be traded.
The Texas reportedly want five high draft picks and starting-caliber players in return, if they were to trade Watson. This comes as he will report to training camp to avoid getting fined $50,000 per day. Now, new information is surfacing regarding Watson and settling these sexual misconduct lawsuits against him.
According to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, Watson is not being put on the commissioner’s exemption list right now, due to no charges being out there yet. For a possible case settlement, does not plan to have NDAs as part of a settlement. This is due to Watson wanting to give side of the story and to clear his name.
